Overview Pierre Champion is a Managing Partner at Ridge Equity Partners and plays an active role in leading the firm and overseeing all assignments.
Experience Before founding Ridge Equity Partners, Pierre held senior investment and business development roles across the private equity industry. He served as Managing Director at Neos Partners, leading the firm’s business development efforts, and as Partner at Bestige Holdings, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing investment opportunities. He previously served as Director of Business Development at Warren Equity Partners, focusing on the power and utilities, electrification, and digital infrastructure sectors. Earlier in his career, Pierre was a Senior Director at Centre Lane Partners and began his career as an investment banking analyst in Crédit Agricole’s Power and Utilities group in New York, executing both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Education M.Sc. in Finance from EM Lyon Business School and a law degree from Claude Bernard Law University.
